We act as subcontractor for manufacturing phase of PED Pressure vessel equipment . So, what information / certification need to submit to Manufacturer?

I’m assuming here the manufacturer applies the CE-mark, and not you/your company.
Can you give a bit more background or description of the scope that is subcontracted to you? Is it supply of materials, or welding and/or cutting? Or perhaps (only) engineering?
This can also be a contractual discussion.

Engineering phase is by our Customer (Manufacturer responsible for designing / manufacturing a product and places it on the market under his own name) and Manufacturing phase (Material, welding, Hydro test....) is by us.

Since they apply the CE mark and hence have sole responsibility, I would assume they’re precautious enough in defining exactly what they need from you, but in paperwork, QAQC requirements, inspections, etc.

What does your contract spell out?
What design code is applied?
Where are you located?

You need to specify a few more things so we can give advice.

1. For contract condition, it is still under discussion. Until now, we have just known module H1 will be applied. PED certification scope between us has not been defined.
2. Design code is AD 2000.
3. We are from Vietnam (Asia).
