Just wondering if anyone has run across a review agency that mandates the use of different peak/shape factors between the pre and post development analysis?
It is being mandated to use 200 in the pre and 400 in the post.
In coastal GA and SC either 323 or 484 have traditionally been used for both pre and post conditions.
