Pipe penetration through weephole portion of drywell

I cannot find any details or information on this, and I don't know if it's just never done, or if I'm just bad at finding information. We are looking at designing a pipe going into the weephole portion of a 48" concrete drywell, and I'm trying to figure out if that pipe penetration needs some extra reinforcement, or if the weepholes within 6" or so of the pipe should just be grouted. The pipe will of course fill a bit when the drywell get's full, but I can't just raise the pipe or lower the cone of the drywell, so I don't see a fundamental issue with this apart from the connection itself and the potential structural integrity of the drywell. We're looking at something like the Oldcastle 48" Drywell Manhole as a guide. Is anyone familiar with any guidance on this, specs or details, or any other insights in terms of construction or engineering challenges related to this?
