Which ISO standard defines if CZ can be called out with multiple modifiers in the same FCF

Hi all,

I was looking through the ISO 1101 standard trying to find the right way a CZ symbol could be placed in the FCF, here are two cases which are causing confusion

Is there an ISO standard that specifies where the CZ should be places in similar cases?
