Scott Manley takes a looooooong look at a critically serious failure of an SRB that did NOT ultimately cause mission failure. WOWIE... seez a lot about the durability/survivability of the Vulcan launcher.
I am sure there were launch crews turning 'blue'... then slowly came back to paler-skin-colors... as the launch progressed passed the failed SRB jettisons... to a successful orbit insertion of the [dummy] payload.
