Hello all;
I need your help to simulate the Temperature distribution in wires in contact with molten plastic using ABAQUS
+ is it a steady state or transient analysis
+ what type of abaqus elements is recommanded for this kind of analysis (shell, tetra,..)
+ how can I model the contact between the melt plastic and wires (TIE or shared nodes or something else)
+ How to do it as adiabatic
+ How to apply a Temperature load (not a flux) with abaqus
+ what are the required material's settings (like conductivity or else)
