Does anyone know or can reference the seismic code requirements for mechanical equipment. This would involve a new york city wastewater treatment plant where the building is design to withstand seismic loads but what happens to ancillary equipment such as inlet air ductwork for a back up power generator. Does the code require seismic restraints for these systems?
