Sheet metal /w bends - projecting incorrectly and missing dims 1

I've built and re-built this little thing several times, trying to figure out the best way to solve it and I thought I had it right. However, when I make the drawing, the side projection drawing is mirrored from what it should be. I'm using American style, if that matters at all. All my other drawings project normally, only this one is doing it.

I also am not getting the bend angle information to come in. It's got it, because if I dimension the drawing the dim's are grey and have parenthasese but they aren't showing.

Have I managed to hoplessly corrupt the file by erasing back to square one and reworking?

Thanks for your help folks

As for the incorrect projected images when you create your Drawing, make sure you are using Third Angle Projection. To do this, rick-click your Drawing, then select Properties. The lower-lefthand corner should have a portion that says "Type of projection", make sure you have the radio button clicked for "Third Angle".

As for the missing angular dim, you might have an option checked like "Show Dimensions in Veiw Created" or something, check your Properties. I don't think you have to worry about a corrupted file... yet.

Thank you, I will go and check every dimension setting I can find. I don't think it's the 3rd angle setting being whacky because it isn't in any other drawing I've made with this drawing and part format. Although... come to think of it, this is the first sheet metal I've tried.

However, the second one I tried, a very similar design, has projected correctly. So that's why I'm suspicious of this particular file.

I killed, reworked, rehashed, futzed and fooled with that thing so much it wouldn't surprise me if I managed to damage the file somehow. Can that happen in SolidWorks?

Thanks again,

Elena
