ANSYS trouble

I am trying to get strain energy density at certain points
in a solid volume - a cylinder. I have one element type
- solid45 element. I am trying to define thse points
as centroids of some of the elements.

problem: I do not know the format of such a file -
my data consists of element number, centroid coordinates, and if wanted the element reference number (which will be 1 all throughout). if any tips,
please reply to
