Grobal hotkeys don't work periodically in NX9.0

It is year 2025. I am using NX9.0 and I use a lot of keyboard typical shortcuts like Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V in the text window of Note creation utility, Drafting. And shortcuts are still do not work periodically. It did not work on Windows 7, and it does not work on Windows 10 periodically. It is not clear what exactly is causing the hotkeys to fail.

You can't help me. I'm just complaining about the crooked developers from India

It is difficult to understand what NX tool's window is on focus. Most active tool is on focus permanently. Typically there is orange highlight of current action, but it seems that text window is handled in specific way, so it losing control somehow...
