Which one is better to use for a pipe which has a length of about 300 m .
I remember using T support in one of the projects but the client asked to change it to sleepers , so is the advantages of sleepers over T support and when to use sleepers and when to use T supports?

Sleepers don't fall over, but then it depends exactly what you mean by T supports? They can also support many pipes and cables at the same time.

Secured by what?

Got a typical drawing, sketch or photo?

So in that picture you need a really good flat secure, strong concrete base to bolt the T pieces onto.

Plant designers like them because they often have large slabs of concrete already there and you can make them high enough that you can get man and vehicle access under them. Sleepers are low down so need ramps or steps.

U bolts are horrible things which people tend to use as clamps.

Define "better"?

If you don't need to cross the lines or only in one place in your 300m then stick them on sleepers is my view - cheaper, easier, less likely to fall off.
