I'm having to learn creo as an NX user. I'd like to have a main sketch I can extrude from as needed. Is it not possible to do this in Creo? It appears I have to extrude the entire sketch. Not a major issue as I will just have to have 10 sketches in a row instead of one main sketch. Thanks. nx 9

I'm aware of what the var sweep does, I'm aware I could extrude or use swept or use other sweeps. I would like to ask kindly why the section profile isn't attached/following the curve. nx 9

I'm looking to finally toy with how var sweep differs from creating multiple datums and just using swept. I really don't understand why my simple var sweep isn't following the curve? nx 9

It appears that even two simple curves on different sketches cannot be constrained with 'point on a curve'. nx 9

My assumption is you cannot tie down a sketched curve to a projected curve, but I'd like to ask if you can. Every time I try to do this the end point will not be on the projected curve nor can I choose the projected curve on the constraint menu as seen in the attachment. I may try curve on...
