The model I'm trying to mesh is one complete solid model but there are various size parts within the model. Some parts are large while some parts are small which might be causing this error message. I tried to mesh the model by parts over 200 parts but the software crashes. So now I'm trying to...
I was trying to mesh a solid model in Nastran4D 2003. I received a "code 22" error during the mesh phase. (see attachment of error message) Does anyone know what this error is and how can I fix it?
Thank You.
HRP21,
Were you able to combine all the parts as one part using the Combine feature in SW? I'm currently in the same situation where I need to run a FEA analysis but the FEA software reads the model as individual parts not as one part.
Please help.
Thank You.

I tried to follow your direction. I made a printscreen because I couldn't locate select the Show or Show with Dependents, and subsequent options.http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=b05a8b4d-1e59-4127-b590-dc47dca35f1a&file=printscreen.JPG
I believe I figured out what could be the problem. I attached a printscreen circling what could be causing the parts to be hidden. How do I remove those display settings shown in the printscreen?http://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=ddb8495d-d464-40d1-85ac-27bf2324569c&file=problem.JPG
All the part files I created are Under Defined because when I assemble the parts, I see a (-) symbol next to the part which indicates the parts are under defined. How do I fully define those parts? add more dimensions?
please help. Thank You.
I right clicked the part but the feature tree to un-hide doesn't show up. (see attachment)
I have to click on the "show hidden components" to see which parts are hidden, but I dont know how to un-hide the parts...
I'm using SW 2008. I created an assembly file with several parts. I click on "Show Hidden Components". I see couple parts are hidden not sure why. I click on "undo" and nothing seems to happen. How do I un-hide these parts. If anyone has dealt with this problem before, please help.
Thank You,
Kevin
