Mesh Error

I was trying to mesh a solid model in Nastran4D 2003. I received a "code 22" error during the mesh phase. (see attachment of error message) Does anyone know what this error is and how can I fix it?

The model I'm trying to mesh is one complete solid model but there are various size parts within the model. Some parts are large while some parts are small which might be causing this error message. I tried to mesh the model by parts over 200 parts but the software crashes. So now I'm trying to mesh all 200 parts as one big part.

Does anyone know what this error is and how can I fix it?
