Hello all,
Problem solved: one have to set the tolerances on the dimensions in the drawing for radii less than 0.5mm.
So for example R0.3+-0.05.

Hello all,
In din iso 2768 are tolerances defined from radii 0.5mm and up.
Simple question is: what about radii less than 0.5mm?
For example what tolerances to use for a radii 0.3mm?
Thanks in advance.

I have installed CutePDF writer.

Hi,
I also took a look and didn't find anything to come near the dimensions you gave.
Think you will have to make it yourself.
Mention that the Swedish word "MASKIN" means machine in English.

Which kind of industrie are looking for?

Hay, again, i took some time to try to clear out this item.
It's quit complex.
Let's look at the "G" and "R" used in these thread designation.
By all means we are talking about a Whitworth shaped thread.
apex angle=55³
And it's about tubes or pipes, that's also clear.
Where...
Hay, I'm from Belgium(Europe, maybe Brussels or Antwerp, says more to the most of you)
This is aal about pipe threads:
As far as I can check:
for example:
G 1/2 (for the female)
G 1/2 A (for the male thread add a tolerance class A(medium) or B(coarse))
means:
DIN ISO 228 Part 1: cilindrical male...
Thank you. I found it in the Machinery's Handbook. It's an old one: seventeenth edition dated 1964. I didn't know ANSI and ASA could be the same. As an European I'm easier with DIN, ISO, BIN, NEN, and that kind of stuff. Greetings from Belgium (Europe).
Hay, all,Who can give me the data for a centre-hole drill with following norm:
bell-type ANSI size 16
Thanks in advance.
Please send data to pascal.vandevyver@cnh.com Greetings from Belgium (Europe).
Hay, in a lot of factories they use their own tolerances. I give you an example of a note of ours that is on each drawing.

JS14 - js14, OTHER SURFACES JS16 - js16.

Hay,
Looks rather strange to me as an European, see you talking about M7, because as 'electricuwe' already said that's not a common dimension. We have M6 (normal-M6 and fine-M6x0,75), we have M8 (normal-M8 and fine-M8x1 tol classes 6g or 4H for example) as common dimensions.
See DIN 13, where a...
Hay all,
Thanks for the tip.
I did find the data on Red Brown & Sharp tapers, Red Jarno tapers and Red Jacobs tapers.
Only the GreenFellows tapers I didn't find.
