If you ask me to do something, I will do it. There's no need to nag me every 6 months
I don't know the laser but your nesting software should have a vaporization setting such as engraving to burn the film away first then do a cutting pass. Or just do as I do and peel it off before I load it onto the machine. But then again the finish on the SS isn't critical for what I...
Hello Steve,
My error code book says the following for the E7 error....
The lifting cylinder has been moved by hand. Check for manual operation. Controller error. Then the usual Contact Bystronic Customer service.
Didn't know it was possible to take manual control over the shutter but I will...
It's not how the part has been drawn ???
I had a customer supply a dxf drawing with an issue like that. All vertical cuts were not there . I had to redo the cutting technology on it with my own software.
Just a thought.

Steven,
You can also go into Laser view and reset the error. it may give you 5 to 6 more different errors but can sometimes start the filling with gas step. I've had these same issues before. First time it was fixed by doing what I said above. The next time I had a leak in the glassware so bad...
First and easiest place to check for a leak is the yellow hoses inside the laser cabinet ( see pics) providing they are still the same ones fitted factory. Vacuum lines are always yellow. You don't need to touch the yellow one's that are in the gas mix rig though. You need to undo fittings and...
I don't know the Amada but I'm sure the same principle can apply. With the Bystar if the alignment is way out I have to take the nozzle off put the tape on again and do a shot that way. Could be firing way way off to one side so needs a heap of adjustment. When you have it back near the center...
If that is an actual battery and you can't find a button battery on the PC's mother board then it probably is the one. I just have never seen battery like that in a computer before. May be an old comp.

Jonathan, No the white and green thing is a capacitor. The battery you are looking for is a button battery like the one you would see inside a watch only bigger. About the size of your thumb nail.

You need to replace the small button battery inside your computer that will get rid of one problem. As for the not finding your cutting plans you may need to tell it where to look for them again it's forgotten the pathway.

You normally get that error after a head collision. Try doing a CNC Reset/restart from in the administrator menu.See if that helps.

We had the same issue here. Just replaced the fan and good as new.
This is one of the many errors you get in regards to leaks.

No bottle neck using this method. You can normally unload the cut parts before the cutting of the next sheet is finished. Depending on how many parts are on it of coarse. We store our most common cut steel right next to the loading bed ( you can see it just on right of the pic )and other steels...
