Hi to everybody.
I need some halp ....
I have stream in pipeline consist of vol% 45% gas, 54,98% oil (emulsion of water in oil)and 0,02% sand.
I would like to ask, does anybody know cyclon which separate at same time sand from gas and oil fluid.
Cyclone - for gas fluid
Hydrociclon - for liquid...
Hello
We have gas well for the 89% of methan.
Our well is 860m deep
The temperature on the bottom is 60 celsiouse
WE MUST TO CALCULATE HOW MUSCH IS THE TEMPERATURE ON THE WELL HEAD?
HOW CAN WE CALCULATE THE TEMPERATURE FALLING?
THANKS TO EVERYBODY IN ADVANCE!

I know that the zeolits are for very low dew point .... We need to have -10 celsius of dew point.
We have 2800 mg/Sm3 and it need to be maximum 70mg/Sm3 at the and of procces.
However we have right now just this solution - ZEOLITS!
THANKS
I have dehidration colume for natural gas.
I need to choose the best type of the zeolit for removing the water!
1.) What is the princip for choosing? Where i can found the difference between zeolits for the choosing?
2.) How can i calculate how much of that zeolit do i need for my removal of...
I NEED TO FIND THE BEST SOLUTION FOR THE COALESCER ELEMENT IN MY OIL WASTEWATER SEPARATOR!
WHAT ARE THE CRITERIES WHICH I NEED TO FOLOW TO FIND THE BEST SOLUTION FOR COALESCES ELEMENTS IN MY SEPARATOR?
DO YOU HAVE SOME LINK OR WHATEVER?
THANKS IN ADVANCE TO EVERYBODY!

It is deffinitly predicted for modeling ....
I decided to have a target of corrosion rate as 0,1 mm/year. Is that ok????? Or it must be some other assumption!?
Hi everybody!
I need help about corrosion again
I have CO2 flow with 6000kg/h where water in tube is crawling 16.5L/h on the bottom ....
I need to choose the best way to protect tube of corrosion. The corrosion rate is right now 0.34 mm/year.
My design life of tube must be 20 year!
Well i...
Ok .... as i understud 0.0899 molar% is same as 0.0899 volume%?
Maybe you wanted to say something else?
I wound some interesting lint about this ....but it make me wrong result .... http://www.dcgpartnership.com/Docs/Conversions/Mole_to_Wt_to_LV.pdf
PS- english is not my mother language ...
Hello moon 161, thank s this time on interesting in my problem.
BIG THANKS!
Well how my gas mixture is deffinitly not ideal i must look for your second option!
How ever my biggest problem is exactly there....
you said "Volume (.0899 mol methane) = volume based on table or equation." ...
I look how to convert molar % to volume %!
I have gas mixture at pressure 80bar/1160psia and temperature 47 C (calsiouse)/320,15K
IT IS CONSTIST OF:
methane 8.99% molar
ethane 1.21% molar
propane 1.04% molar
butane 0.60% molar
penthane 0.23% molar
hexan 0.16% molar
heptan 0.06% molar
octan...
