Dear Friends,
Please help me to find the Maximum and minimum gap.
I have similar drawings from one of my supplier.
The dimensioning scheme and the 10° angle is making trouble to do the stack up analysis.
Please provide your views and help me solving this stack up.

Hello Everyone,
Please suggest me how to dimension the multiple pattern holes on drawing.
I am working on machining drawing (casting component)
How should I mention M4 threaded holes on drawing in one callout.
I don't want to put M4 dimension multiple times as my drawing is already having to...
Yes.
I am designing air-intake system for a completely new vehicle.
I want some help on design calculation for number of pleats, area of filter element/paper, restriction etc.
Thank you for your replies.
More help on design calculation will be appreciated.

Thank You.
1. Can we use runout on non circular profile like cam lobe?

Instead Profile Of A Line would serve the purpose.
Please provide your suggestions.

Hi Jdmmech,
Can you explain the working of this assembly?
Just wanted to know whether concentricity between disc and sleeve is more important or perpendicularity between sleeve and disc face.
Hi Idanbrk,
I think you can use composite position tolerance with pattern relating tolerance zone of dia 0.02mm.
Refer to attached image.
