After finding out where the problem element was, I just deleted the element, it was not not in a critical location, I am not sure if you are able to do the same, probably not the most recommended way to solve this problem. I much prefer sdebocks suggestions in the first instance (thanks sdebock).

chicopee, I noticed than you can buy a separate attachment for an arc welding to make it suitable for brazing, not sure how well these work though.

I am assuming you are designing this in CAD, if you have an FEA module attached to it, how about running a quick analysis on it?
