Fast switching SSR SPDT (Solid state Single-Pole-Double Throw) Relay

Good day Noble Minds,

I need a fast switching SPDT relay(not less than 1Khz) to implement the circuit below.
Both S1 switches will close to terminal 1, when both S2 switches close to terminal 2 and vice versa.
Your recommendation of any available module in the market will be highly appreciated. All the modules I have seen so far have switching speed of about 10ms (100Hz) .

With a 40 Hz signal, switching faster than 40 Hz or possibly 80 Hz seems needless.
I suspect that the solid state relays will depend on zero crossing switching.

I want to get each cycle waveform chopped like 25 times. Yes, need zero-crossing, but not an issue, I have taken care of that.

Thanks a lot Lionel. MOSFETS should be able to do very fast switching ,a module like a single channel dual output, with one output inverted. This is what I need. Where can I get this?

Thank you. However the one on the link are for RF (microwave), max power handling is about 5W. I am looking for fast SPDTs that can handle minimum of 5KW of power.
