With a 40 Hz signal, switching faster than 40 Hz or possibly 80 Hz seems needless.
I suspect that the solid state relays will depend on zero crossing switching.

I want to get each cycle waveform chopped like 25 times. Yes, need zero-crossing, but not an issue, I have taken care of that.

Why not just build the circuit with transistors? It's not that complex.

Yeah I actually know. I am much better with designs and not implementation. Rather have someone else build my designs.

Thanks a lot Lionel. MOSFETS should be able to do very fast switching ,a module like a single channel dual output, with one output inverted. This is what I need. Where can I get this?

Thank you. However the one on the link are for RF (microwave), max power handling is about 5W. I am looking for fast SPDTs that can handle minimum of 5KW of power. MOSFETS should be able to do very fast switching , like single channel dual output, with one output inverted. This is what I need. Where can I get this?

VFDs switch square wave pulses at more than 1 kHz.
