Thank you both, I have resolved the problem, in the ".prt" file you can create a sketch with the divisions that you want, you can then use "divide face" or "divide body" to partition the body in the sections that you defined in the sketch.
I'm using Nx 12, my idea was to do the region as you suggested too, but I'm not finding a tool in the software that allows me to do this partition. The only one that I found is "divide body", but it only allows me to do partition across the centerline of the prt.
