    I know that Nozzle limiting loads can be calculated as per API-650, Appendix-P. But Appendix-P is applicable for Tanks having diameter greater than 36 meters. Please let me know with API-650 reference, how to calculate Nozzle limiting loads for Tanks having diameter less than 36m. Thanks,

    ASME Design and Welding Symbols

    Applicable standard is AWS A2.4 and for fillet weld it uses the leg dimension. Also on fabrication drawings leg size is given. But ASME code calculations are on throat size and from throat size, leg size can easily be calculated.
