Antenna's gain define type of antenna, height of installation in wave length and losses in ground under antenna. So for example 2 dipoles, which one of them for 10 Mc and length 15 meters, and other one is for 3 GHz and length 0.05 meters will have the same gain if the height of installation...
If you have a 1/4 wave antenna, this extension cable does not adding change that length. Cable is not an antenna.

Use this antenna as broadband but in that case you should use an open line feed line 200 -300 OHm. Using this feed line the losses even with SWR=10-15 will be not to high vs the regular coax line feeder.
