    Im a mechanical engineer looking for something that would bond these 2 things together permanently and that can withstand temps from -40cel to -80 cel. unsure if this is even enough info. any thoughts/help is appreciated

    I have a part with alot of surfaces. When i attempt to thicken the part to the inside it will thicken 0.84mm but no less. it will thicken any larger amount but not any thinner.

    I have done that. rebooted, still same problem. its not a problem with solidworks still running.

    I would love to try that but i'm actually not able to open solid works. it opens email client and if i A) send an emial to performance@solidworks.com it sends and then doesnt open SW. or if i cancel the emial it still doesnt open SW.

    with SMTP:performance@solidworks.com In the send to field. Anyone experienced this problem. nothing has been changed on the computer since i used SW yesterday. SW 2006, Windows xp pro.

    Jsummerfield has hit the nail right on the head. I basically am in the EXACT same situation u are except I feel that it is a HUGE benefiet to have everyone coming to me to fix our computer problems etc. Plus now I have a manager that knows alot about computers but doesnt have the time to do it...
