    Thanks for the input. I was informed by the utility company that 3' clearance spacing shall be provided from joint trench to wet utilities. This is from PG&E code. Their inspector would cancel the job if this is not met. I will just move the water service lines to accommodate this. Thanks again...

    Thanks. Not sure the 1" is referring to. I am talking about the water service and dry utilities joint trench spacing though.

    Thanks for the reply. I would just assume some distance and the contractor would have the flexibility to adjust in the field.

    Thanks for the reply. This is referring to the distance between sewer and other utility pipes, I am trying to figure the spacing between 1" water service lines or if they can be placed next to each other or stacked. :)
