    Dear member, This two material is not in table UHA-23 and ref. to UHA-11(a). If user require to use this mat'l and vessel require U-Stamp. If you are Code certifica holder what we have to do?..please recommend sir. Thanks.

    Dear all member, Bachgound U-stamp vessel without require heat treatment by original construction Code(SC-VIII-1) and User design spec. After vessel inservice for period of time(unknown for now), User require R-Stamp certificate holder to perform "Heat treatment with whole vessel". Question...

    ASME SC-VIII-1, U-1(e)(3) Bolting for permanent covers

    Thanks for all comment. The next question is after hydro test complete, bolting was remove and found studs bolt threaded is damage (most happen on stainless steel bolting etc. SA-193 or SA-320. New bolting is require, this new bolting shall hydro test with permanent cover and vessel again?
