Should I Choose Mechanical or Electrical?

I will be the first EE to join in. I think that if you like mechanical and comfortable with mechanical, you should definitely go mechanical. My theory is that you have to like what your doing, or is it worth going back to school for a couple years, to do something you may not like. Just my 2...

It looks like ABB but Stromberg. They have some manuals online. If you come across any original manuals, I would like to get a copy. http://www.abb.com/product/db0003db004281/c12573e700330419c225695f003ae929.aspx

    Electrical Power Symbols

I am looking for an official standard for symbols that are used on single line. I know that IEEE has a symbol standard, but the majority list in that book are for electronic devices. Any help would be appreciated

G.E. Industrial Power Systems Data Book

    Electric Equipment Manufacturers

I agree that it is a big under taking. I put together a web site for electrical manuals, and thought that it would be helpful to have something like this, since the majority of the time the model names didn't change. I am also a dork and like the history aspect of it also. I have tried to...
