I made a toothless belt in the part file. Then inserted the belt. Then I used a the profile of a gear in the assembly to create a cut-extrude in the belt. Then I used a curve driven pattern to create the teeth around the entire belt.

I have made some changes in a top level assembly to a part. Is there a way for me to make those changes revert back to the part file? Or can I only see those features in the assembly?

I am simply trying to save a Solidworks drawing as a PDF and I get this error just after I hit save:
"Sheet Dimensions for "Sheet1" exceed PDF limits(200in x 200in)".
I measured the sheet simply by drawing and dimensioning a line the same length as the sides of the sheet and I get:
(34in x 21in)...
Just to clarify, all the mates work great in the subassembly. But as soon as I bring it into the large assembly and make it flexible, the mates (especially the gear mates) have a hard time.
