Baldor/Reliance Dry Kiln Duty Motors come standard with 8 foot leads. never seen anything longer though.

At full nameplate RPM is when you will produce nameplate HP. HP is a funtion of speed & torque HP=tourque (Lb Ft) X RPM/5252

You may want to also loook into Peak Shaving generators, I know Baldor/Reliance is saving a lot of $ by switching during peak periods.
