I really believe that it is best if a resume is simple, direct, and only one page (a long resume will likely not be read) - and if the process is complicated by having to go to a web site and/or download something it will not be done. It may give the impression that you are the type of person...

Of course this may be obvious, but you should check with the appropriate local municipality - they may have additional requirements.
For example, the City of Chicago has specific ADA sidewalk standards. They can be found here...
I would recommend the discipline specific (EE) test (that's what I did). Your next step is the PE test - so keep your focus on the EE stuff.
