    Column Width in SW BOM's

    Using SW 2004 and its SW's driven BOM. Is there a way to get the column width narrower. I see how once the BOM is in the drawing, you can clic on one of the edges of the column you can drag the width a little. But there is still quite a bit of empty space between the column edge and the letters...

    Side view meaning the length..............Dont want to draw centerlines..........I know drawing a centerline only takes a second, but we are trying to convince our piping team to switch from Autocad to SW's.......AutoCad will allow you snap to the center of the circle while looking at the length...

    Feature in parts surpressed in Assembly

    If Im in an assembly and open up a part in the assembly to modify it. Once modifed, I save it, go back to the assebmly, the window comes up asking if I want to update the asm. I clic yes.......The features I added in the part are now surpressed in the asm. I go back to the part, they are not...

    the default part template in SW is correct......In Autocad there is no options when you export. We just figured out Autocad must have left something out because a guy that works here has Autocad 2002 and it prompts him how to export it.......

    Hows it going? Trying to convert AutoCad 2004 solids to SW2004 using an .SAT file. It all works well, except it converts it from inches to milimeters. Not changing the amount of the length number just the unit. Example. Drew something 80 inches in Autocad. Comes into SW as 80 mm. Any ideas...
