Representation of Rigid body to point mass- In FEM

Additionally, three joints at an offset to the center of mass should be defined where each spring is connected to the mass. Each joint then is connected to the central joint (mass) by weightless rigid elemenets. This will simulate the rotational action of the 25kg mass in a dynamic simulation.

    Probability of Annual Exceedance 0.00019

Hi all, Earthquake charts for prob. of annual exceedance 0.01, 0.005, and 0.0021 are given in building codes. Is there any way to calculate these charts for other probabilities of exceedance? like 0.00019 (9% in 500 years). Thanks a lot, Max.
