    Commingled wells production

Right but if the comparison is done in term of mass for the GLR the change of phase shall not impact the evaluation

    Commingled wells production

Thanks for your constructive comments and I agree mass comparison shall be more appropriate. I’m considering the following lab analysis to verify MPFM readings: ( and yes MPFM are all the same type and reading continuously. Take a pressurized samples on the HP and LP separator for the gas...

    Commingled wells production

Thanks for your feedback At the well head we have multiphase flow meter for continuous well production monitoring and a separator at the processing facilities. Wells are commingled on two main manifold ( one low pressure manifold and one high pressure manifold). I assume that the following...

    Commingled wells production

Hello, I m working in a field where oil producers are connected to several manifold which are then connected to the processing facilities. I'm wondering if the network and commingled wells could affect the total production as the production of each individual well is not matching the total...

    Gas flow rate Test separator

I have redone the calculation taking into consideration your comments and the gas rate I got now is around 0.78 MMSCFD which make more sense Thanks a bunch !

    Gas flow rate Test separator

Hi, Thanks for your feedback, to answer your question The gas specific gravity is the specific gravity of the process gas as compared to air. I have used on the second equation the factor 22.42 to convert from kg/hr to m3/hr

    Gas flow rate Test separator

Hello, On a test separator the gas flow rate is 1,187 kg/hr i m trying to convert this gas flow rate to scf/d The gas specific gravity of the gas is 0.98 As per my calculation the gas flow rate will be around 2.2 MMSCFD as per below calculation 1,187/ 0.98 = 1,212 kg/hr 1,212 * 22,42 -...

    Flow Meter Uncertainty

Thanks for your feedback, Is there any standard to back calculate a flow meter "real" uncertainity taking into consideration the uncertainity of the flow meter used as a reference?

    Flow Meter Uncertainty

Hi, A test performed on a flow meter indicate an uncertainty of 12% compared to the reference, knowing that the reference uncertainty is 5%. Can we substract the uncertainty and assume that the real uncertainty of the flow meter is (12%-5%) 7 % ? Thank you
