Tennessee's DOT manual has a diagram for the dual ring quad-left phasing (Figure 4.3). I don't see a signal indication sequence chart.
This is what I'm looking for
Example:
Phase 1 - Signal head 1 is green, all other heads red
Phase 2 - Signal heads 1 and 2 are green, all other heads red
etc.
Does anyone know of a standard for developing a sequence chart? I've seen examples that list Phase A,B on the left side and a row of signal head numbers across the top. I've also seen examples of the phase numbers listed down the left column. How should the chart look if you are not using...
