    To clarify, the finished surface will be a crushed aggregate like the rest of the parking area, not pavement. Good recommendation to have it tested for pollutants. Thanks.

    The material is a mixture of sand/gravel swept from the streets after winter use. It certainly isn't the cleanest material but should be good for something as a secondary use??? Does that answer your question Mike?

    Looking to use this material to build up 3'-6' of fill atop well-draining soil to expand a gravel residential parking area. While sand isn't the best fill material, will it work in this scenario? If not, any productive use ideas for this material?
