Have received a mill certificate from a steel supplied for DN400 ASTM A333-6, DN40 XS.
The impact test results for a 10x10mm specimen at -45degC are 1) 298J, 2) 298J and 3) 298J.
This seems indefeasibly high. It also seems unfeasible that all 3 test results are identical in value.
