    Thank you Anthony! Great video also. I made only my part number column as the key field and deselected the rest of the columns including my Item number column to consolidate rows. Much appreciated!

    Hi, When I create a parts list in a drawing, I have the same part listed multiple times with a QTY 1 for each. I would like to consolidate the same parts to one row and have the QTY column reflect the number of instances. Thanks in advance!
