Parts List - Consolidate same parts to one row

Hi,

When I create a parts list in a drawing, I have the same part listed multiple times with a QTY 1 for each. I would like to consolidate the same parts to one row and have the QTY column reflect the number of instances. Thanks in advance!

The 'key field' is how a parts list determines what should be the same or not.
Make sure that you only have one key field in your parts list. Jump to 4:50 in the video linked below as it covers the key field.

I made only my part number column as the key field and deselected the rest of the columns including my Item number column to consolidate rows.
