Maybe somebody know why o/w emulsion with polyvinyl alcohol as emulsifier is not stable In acidic pH (after addition of HCl)?
And do you know some emulsifiers which I could use to prepare stable emulsion in acid solution ?

Maybe someone knows, can I dilute emulsion before measurement of size emulsion droplets using dynamic light scattering method (DLS)if emulsion is too concentrated. If not, how else can I measure size of this droplets ?
