    I have an old DC drive that I would like to adjust the speed from my PLC. I have a 0-10 vdc analog output from my that I would like to use to control the speedpot. How do I mimic the speedpot?

    Dual vibratory motor control

    You could use a timer, and an interlocking contactor. We use this set up to reverse a cutter, and feed apron when a machine is stopping.

    I am trying to regulate the speed, and torque settings for a MaxPak III with a PLC. These were origionally controlled by speed pots. The problem lies with the fact that the drive uses 0-15 Vdc as its control voltage. My signal conditioner is 0-10 Vdc. Has anyone run into this before?
