    Hi, Because the sample was made on bakerlite and it was injection moulded- so they had to make a copy of that, the job had a large Rad on it so it wasn't possible to bolt or roll flange's on. thanks very much for your help

    hi, thanks for the reply- would it cause any problems? i think the belt is about 40mm long and there is a 3mm gap then the flange. cheers
