I really like the propeller pumps (thanks for that suggestion, rmw!) and am comparing initial and energy costs compared with our line of pc pumps - which appears to be the only option I have in our lines of pumps. Looking at pumping essentially water with maybe a bit of residual algae. 2 to 3 percent. I am looking at a progressing cavity pump.
