Found out the work around. From the start menu->Siemens NX 12-> licensing tool, when that tool opens click bundle settings and just assign the correct bundles. This keeps the bundles selected. Simple fix!

It looks like I have to right click on the main part of the title box and select show collapsed menus, although there is nothing visibly collapsed. I click show collapsed menus and this stuff shows up including the associativity check box. Anytime I open and close NX I have to do this now...
