    E.g. when working to VIII-1 2017, do you need ASME SA-105 2013 or ASME SA-105 2017? Exactly. Most of the time ASME SA-105 2013 is good for use when working with VIII-1 2017, but where in the code it says what is acceptable or not? Thanks for clarification. Hope somebody can answer [bigears]

    I looked up UG-10 and it is for unspecified material, not applicable for my case. Material is identified with ASME edition, but not to the latest edition. What is the criteria to accept/reject material?

    True! We are reviewing all drawings and procedures and updating as required to meet 2019 Code. Nevertheless, even if I delay the implementation, beginning January 1st, I will have the same question.

    Thank you for the response. I'm not clear on this. Our PO doesn't specify year of the ASME code edition at the moment. Let's say I will revise the PO to specify ASME SA240-2019, how many mills will be able to provide me raw material meeting this edition which is only in effect few months now...
