    Hi, ALL: Just want to update - I solve this issue. The method is all the components in the assembly into a part in ANSYS. Then the mesh will be smoothly transition between different components. Thanks for all the help

    Hi, ALL: I am doing an assembly thermal analysis with ANSYS workbench 10.0. I find I cannot make the mesh among different parts are smoothly transition - which bring wrong solution. Anyone knows how to handle it (mesh compatible among parts)? Thanks
