Thanks for your input, one never knows when something new may come into the market which you are unaware of.
I checked w/ the fastner Co. and they basically said the same thing.
I was hoping to find something which would fit flush when secured, I'll go to plan "B".
Lutfi,
I first would like to thank you for your time replying to my inquiry, it is appreciated.
The skid is of oilfield design, 100% welded, 300" x 96", with a loading hitch welded on both ends of the skid.
There are 7 crossmembers incorparated within the skid.
There are 6 beams...
Maybe someone has some input on this subject.
I am trying to determine steel fabrication costs for skids constructed of W14 x 43# beams.
The material costs is not a problem, I am looking at labor cost or cost by the tonnage.
If tonnage cost is applicable, does this cost assume labor & material...
During the steel fabrication process, what codes & or regulations are we to adhere to in the Mfg. of Drips for the Gas and Oil Industry?
All suggestions are apprecisted.

Column Beam Sizes?
The column ht. will be 9' supporting 125LB live ld.
The lenth of longest unsupported span is 20'
The total length is 70"
The width is 20"
What size columns and beams would be appropiate for a bolt together application?
Thanks,
David
I am looking for reference material to design a 14' x 22' mezzanine with a 9' deck height.
This would be a bolt together pre fab unit, to support 125 LBS. per foot.
Handrails and stairs would also be a bolt on assembly.
Your help is appreciated.
Regards,
David
