    Hello, thought ISO 3183, there is equivalences between API 5L Gr.B and UNE 10208 L245 specifications. Then, Asme IX recognizes une 10208 L245 as P1Gr.1 by API 5L Gr.B description? I thing so because asme ix recognizes UNE10028 and 10216 materials in lates edition.

    Yes, i am agree with you, to qualified operator using GMAW shor-circuit process must be by destructive testing and RT. As I already comment, UNE-EN and ASME require it, but API is not. The main trouble to destructive testing is the price impact, as usually. thanks to all
