    Jeff, Thank you. Actually I developed my own way of using Toolbox that might look kind of weird but it works very well. I use Toolbox ( on C: drive) and after the fastener is modeled, I save it on the network for everybody to use, works very well. Multiple user environment is a pain in a neck...

    I have some custom set properties set in the part template like Part Name, Material Usage that has to be edited manually later on and few others. All I need is to copy the settings from the template to show in the copied part .... sounds simple, doesn't it :-)
