Hi, À response to Don56, no proof test is expected, i calculate the MAWP, I Know that habitually the blind or cover flange is made from plate, but is it still true with this special shape, And by the way the raison for this shape is requirement of sanitary application . Thanks. Regards

Thanks SnTMan, indeed when I took a deep look to UHA-44(a)(1)(b) & Table UHA-44, and regarding grade material & my temperature design, it doesn't take a heat treatment. Regards.

Hi Marty007, I checked in the beginning your suggestion, by welding two formed pieces ,but the calculated forming strain is = 13.644%,which excced 10%, and per UHA44, its require a heat treatment. Thanks .

Afox88, this flange is simply studding outlet, butwelded on 2,5 mm side. SnTMan,thank you very much, for me I have usually in mind that only blind flange can be cut from plate , all the others flange are from forging material. THanks. Laurent
