    How do I make sketch lines that are behind a solid not show?

    That might be a good feature. Sketches to behave like a model edges. Hide when behind a face. Cool thought. I believe its not currently in SW, can be an enhancement. Thanks

    I am not sure if this is a solution. Try using a split line to the first hole to generate a 2 more lines. Not sure about the second problem. I think you should also try an Ansys forum.
